The Essential SasuNaru Reading List
This is just a list of what are (in my extensive reading and very humble oppinion) the best fanfiction the SasuNaru community has to offer.
(Stories that make mine look like crap! Huzzah!!)
The must-read stories in the SasuNaru community, if there's a story on this list that you haven't read and you're a SasuNaru fan, read it immediately!!
BE WARNED!! Many of these stories are rated NC-17! That means there are sexually graphic scenes between two boys. I will indicate which stories these are. Also, if you are picky about rather your story is a SasuNaru or NaruSasu (I love both equally) I will indicate which type of pairing Sasuke and Naruto have in each story.
1. The Sound of Dreams : By Zrina _NaruSasuNaru NC-17
Naruto leaves Konoha to bring back Sasuke, but complications arise in the form of Orochimaru's body transferrence jutsu. Circumstances force him re-evaluate his goals and dreams in life.This story is the definition of epic. Don't let the length turn you off, this is the single best Naruto fic on the net! It's just...wow.
2. Roommates : By FastForward _SasuNaru
Take one broody Sasuke, one hyperactive Naruto, shove them in a University dorm room together, and what do you get? Absolute chaos. This story got into AUs. Anything by this author is fantastic. Check out her page if you haven't already.
3. Chasing Naruto : By AkaiTsume _NaruSasu
College Years. Sasuke doesn't want to come to terms with his feelings, but when rivals appear, he has to take matters into his own hands. This is some of the best and most fun characterization you will ever read. There is an NC-17 version on adultfanfiction.net.
4. Conviction : By QuestofDreams Or Lori, as she is known on her website _NaruSasuNaru NC-17
Convictions are what guide a ninja. But even those can fade. Where, then, does the stability lie? Naruto once thought he had found it in his rival and friend...but comes to the realization that Sasuke's future is one that lies apart from his. The two ninja, now men fully grown, must learn that when convictions fail, all that's left is each other.
5. Blood and Tears : By FastForward _SasuNaru
Roommates sequel. Sasuke wakes up, but something isn't quite right with him. And what does this new organization in town want with Naruto? Very angsty, but it keeps you on the edge of your seat.
6. Talk to me : By Rasengan22 _NaruSasuNaru NC-17
Sasuke tries to get back at his brother by calling a 900 number and charging it to him. He meets Naruto in the process. Funny thing is, they have lots in common.
7. The Uchiha Couple : By asashouryuu _SasuNaru NC-17
Uber fluff and angsty stories of Sasuke and Naruto as a married couple. We're talking fluffy to the point of being smothered to DEATH. Seriously. This story contains Uber-Uke-Naruto (GRRR) and M-preg. There are also a million annoying spelling errors. It made the list for only one reason. Because it's one of the few stories to successfully pull off Sasuke and Naruto's children. You'll love those little buggers before it's over, if you can survive. I recommend reading the first chapter then skipping to number 14.
8. Parallels : By QuestofDreams _NaruSasuNaru NC-17
Cowritten with Lazuli. Naruto wakes up one morning in an unfamiliar room, in a place where the Yondaime is still alive...
9. Viewpoints : By avmin _SasuNaru
How different people see the relationship between the Rokudaime Hokage and certain brooding shinobi. This story will make you smile.
10. Spiral Falling : By BeccaAmon _SasuNaruSasu NC-17
Finding companionship and maybe more from your most hated rival. Falling willingly with arms wide open.
11. Fireworks : By FlamesEmbrace _SasuNaru
Ah, spring... The songs of birds, the smell of flowers, the gentle THWAK of Cupid's shruiken... For some, love hurts. On kapaa, chocolate syrup and the absurdity of True Love.
12. Smile : By Repeated Love Song _NaruSasu
Naruto, the most popular guy in the school. Sasuke, the guy in the corner who never smiles. One never knew what an innocent dare and a determined blonde could to do make everything completely insane...[AU college years NaruSasu]

Because sometimes we just have to laugh at ourselves and our fandom. SasuNaruSasu, NaruSasuNaru, SasuNaru, NaruSasu, and bingo was his name o. Spoilers to manga chapter 307 and possible spoilers to Gravitation, X1999, and Sukisho. Crack fic, away!

Sasuke finds out more than he ever cared to know about Naruto and decides to play a dangerous game of seduction. Kakashi will, of course, have his say before the end.
15. Daddy Rooster Head : By dragon dreams _SasuNaru

16. Stereotype? No, Thank You : By squishtheorange _SasuNaru
Naruto: Emo? Punk? Japanese Freak? He's got trouble finding himself. Doesn't help when his heart starts beating for his gay best friend. High School. Unusual, but strangely compelling story.
17. Afterlife : By weelittleboots _SasuNaru
Life is crap for Naruto, people seem to avoid him more than usual. To find out who cares, and who doesn't, he plans his own death. Becoming alive again will be much harder than he thought.
18. The New Guy : By SilverRose88 _SasuNaru
Sasuke is the new guy at school. Naruto hates him from day one. What happens when the two are paired for a project, or even worse, staring opposite roles in Romeo and Juliet? And what happens when Neji joins the picture?
